Here is look at 3 possession after Boozer went to the bench in Game 2 (the Jazz trailed 13-17). They all ended with turnovers and they all were result of no spreading of the defense.
Kirilenko Turnover:Lost Ball (1 TO) Steal:Fisher (1 ST) 4:55

Kirilenko posts up Radmanovic. He has little room for maneuvering cause 3 other teammates Brewer, Okur and Millsap stand close to the paint. Andrei has to watch so many inside defenders so he does not see Fisher coming for the steal.
Kirilenko Turnover:Bad Pass (2 TO) Steal:Fisher (2 ST) 4:22

Stacks offense is the worst play spreading-wise. Kirilenko has no room for drive and his only passing option to Millsap (cause Okur and Brewer do not spread the defense) is intercepted by Fisher.
Williams has to foresee things probably and move around the perimeter.
Okur Turnover:Lost Ball (1 TO) Steal:Bryant (1 ST) 3:38

Once again 3 Lakers defenders patrol the paint and allow Bryant to put more pressure on driving Okur. Kirilenko tries to help his teammate (teamwork effort is terrific) but in fact he does the opposite and stops him.
0-8 run, the score is 13-25.
I think there is a golden rule about AT LEAST TWO PLAYERS SPREADING THE DEFENSE FROM PERIMETER and the Jazz broke that rule too often.
