The Jazz win Draft lottery... with Knicks loss!

The Knicks moved from the 5th to the 6th, which even though that isn't huge there aren't a ton of can't miss prospects in this draft and that difference could easily make a big difference.
I don't see them getting anyone in this years draft that will make them much better then they were this past season, and next year there are also a lot of prospects, not a lot of huge names next year that will come in and make an immediate impact.
This pick just keeps getting better and better, thank you Tom Gugliotta!!!

hahah true but it could be a loss for us, with a possible tyrone leaving to coach the #1 pick and a talented bulls team. who knows.

Who do you think the Bulls will take? I'd imagine the Beeze, though they could take Rose and try to move Kirk.

Doesnt the Bulls moving up from 9th to 1st with 1.7% odds just scream R I G G E D to you?
Remember when the Jazz moved from 4th to 6th? That stung.

4th to 6th.
I don't think the draft was rigged. NY would have been top 2 if so.

I'm glad the Bulls won, and I'm glad that Memphis dropped, and Minnesota dropped, the West doesn't need to get any better.
And as far as Tyrone going, I think getting the #1 pick completely rules that out as a possibility. They aren't going to leave a team with that kind of potential and expectation up to a coach who's never had any real coaching experience, he's never even been first assistant.
The Bulls know with a #1 pick they will have a real shot in the east sooner then later.

Chicago won the lottery huh? Hmm... interesting... maybe we all should start a 'Beat the Knicks' campaign during the 2009-10 season. We'll visit other team's forum and tell them that losing to the knicks is not an option *laughs* Or they'll face an absolute blow-out against the jazz as punishment.
Winning against the Knicks is a must!! lol

I'm glad the Knicks didn't win the lottery but I'm even more happy that Seattle, Portland, and Minnesota stayed out of the top 2.
Keep Rose and Beasley out our division thanks.

Chicago winning the lottery kinda scares me... when it comes time for us to use that Knicks pick, i bet the same crap could happen. someone with a 1% chance will leap the Jazz.

To me that pick is golden no matter what.
It's a lottery pick that the Jazz got in return for Tom Gugliotta. That alone should make us all happy. That's honestly like trading Jarron Collins to the Bobcats for their future unprotected lottery pick, I love it.
