I don't know if I would do this trade, but I have heard people wanting Bogut. But I don't believe Mil would give up Bogut without trading Redd. Would this even benefit UT? I don't think Redd would fit in our system but I haven't watched him play much. I think Bogut would help us defensively. What's your thoughts?

Jazz rape Milwaukee, but improve their cap if they are wanting to really start over. Milwaukee will pass.

we would need a power forward that could be a force in the pick and roll!Memo wouldnt come off the bench for milsap so im not sure!

D-will
Redd
Ak
Milsap
Bogut

okur,harpring,almond,brew bench!

I think we would need to give them a guard instead of adding more to our pile of shooting!Besides hart!

I don't see the Bucks trading Bogut...out of all the guys on that team, he's the one they should keep.

And yeah, I doubt they do this anyway.

Plug Okur in PF and keep Milsap off the bench.

As a Jazz fan I say yes...! but i doubt any Bucks fan will want to let Bogut go.

Deron - Price
Redd - Brewer - Almond
AK - CJ - Harps
Okur - Milsap
Bogut - Fesenko

Much better defensively, has enough fire power to be a good offensive team.

...trade tallks are fun and all, but I highly doubt Utah's front office has the cajones to pull a trade like this off.
Bye Bye Sloan, Good Riddance Deron. Hello new Era in Jazz Basketball.

Did Isiah get the Bucks GM position?
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

How does Michael Redd help the Jazz? Scoring hasn't been an issue at all, we don't need him hitting tons of shots and we especially don't need him when he goes through one of his slumps, shooting his team right out of games.

Actually re-read. I don't see anyone saying Michael Redd helps the Jazz. I threw him in there because I feel that is the only way Milwaukee will depart with Bogut. I feel Bogut helps the Jazz defensively. Offensively Bogut should do fine in the middle.

But Korver went through slumps as well. It has been nice having Korver's FT shooting though.

I wasn't implying anyone did in this post, but people have shown alot of interest in him before and really i'm tired of seeing his name pop up.

I'm sick of Boozer not playing defense and agree that something should be done but i'm not really feeling this one.

I do not think this deal is possible purely on a financial standpoint.
At the end of next year Utah would need to pay those guys a max contract (or close) :

- Redd (huge contract)
- Kirilenko
- Bogut
- Deron of course
- and then Memo

There is no way Utah can't absorb that kind of contract. So this deal is probably not realistic for the Bucks nor for the Jazz.

Still i've said time and time again how a true center could affect our game both offensively and defensively. So i'd definitely love if the Jazz could pull a deal for Bogut with maybe Boozer + Brewer + NY pick etc...

erudite keeps telling me that we have no chance of getting a guy like Bogut or Kaman but look at all the assets we got.
No team has more to trade than the Utah jazz !!

Bogut would be perfect for this team because we know he would love to play here with his history. He is a team player and i think he will have no problem getting a grasp of Sloan's system. Furthermore he is a very nice passer from the post unlike Boozer. Okur/Bogut would be a nice inside/outside duo since Bogut spends probably more time than Boozer inside (Boozer uses his jumpshot more and more).
Defensively Bogut and Okur would be one of the tallest frontcourt in the league. And this works quite well in Cleveland (Varejao/Z) .

Come on KOC , give us Bogut !

edit : I've just seen that Bogut is the second player in the league in terms of drawing offensive foul !! Fisher is number one with 54 offensive fouls drawn this season , Bogut is number two.
So basically he is a top 10 shotblocker and also draws a lot of offensive fouls , which is very rare.

KOC , Make it happen , plizzzzzzzzzzzz
