And at that rate, if Russell had a hundred bucks for every time someone he doesn't know walks up to him and says that Michael Jordan pushed him, he would have, well, you do the math.

"More than that, probably,'' Russell said Friday by phone from his home in the San Fernando Valley.

Its nice to see that B-Russ has moved on, but I'm not sure that we Jazz-fans ever will.

It was clearly a foul, but it also wasn't an injustice that it wasn't called. As painful as it was, I got over it years ago. What I've never gotten over and never will, as we discussed recently in another thread, is the 5-point swing the Bulls received from provably incorrect shot clock calls.

Like JStock I got over the pushoff but the five point swing is something I doubt I'll ever get over. Not to mention the "defense" Rodman got away with on the mailman. He was allowed to do everything but powerslam him.

I don't want to talk about it anymore, it makes me feel like my dog died.

The shot clock calls were what got me more then anything.

It's Jordan vs. B-Russ, what did we think was going to happen.

It was a foul, but no biggie, victory will taste just as sweet when Deron his hoisting that trophy.

on a side note B-Russ should be happy, he had a long and meaningful career for a 2nd round pick

I personally got over it a long time ago, but I always wondered what it does to a guy's psyche when that happens.

You work your whole life to get to a certain level of achievement...you can see it in your sights, the culmination of all your dreams and years of hard work and sacrifice...then in an instant some other guy cheats and it's all gone. (Disclaimer: I know this is a VAST oversimplification, but it's got to feel that way at the time.)

Good for Russell for moving past that, it can't have been easy.
