My condolences to Ron Boone and his family. Having lost my mother a year ago to cancer, I know how difficult this situation and loss must be for the Boone family.

Nisalke, Hundley, Booner and Sloan all lost their wives to cancer in the past 3 years. That's really sad, I am sure there is a pretty deep support system between all of those guys. That's really unbelievable.

I heard this via the play by play announcers on NBA TV. I was shocked.
