I came up with some ideas that others have shared. How about this depth chart?
PG: Deron Williams, Ronnie Price, Brevin Knight
SG: C.J. Miles, Kyle Korver, Morris Almond
SF: Ronnie Brewer, Andrei Kirilenko, Matt Harpring
PF: Carlos Boozer, Paul Millsap, Matt Harpring
C: Mehmet Okur, Kosta Koufos, Jarron Collins
Fesenko should spend the entire year in the D-League. If he makes no improvement, cut him.
Reasons: With Miles and Brewer looking like dynamite wings, why not just start both of them? Allow Kirilenko to come off the bench as sort of a 6th man/point forward hybrid with Price as a combo guard. Kirilenko would also make up for Korver's defensive deficiencies and would add a lot of athleticism/fire to the bench. Andrei's offensive numbers and overall play would probably increase because he would have an opportunity to be THE MAN of the second unit. He would be our Manu Ginobili. Miles and Brewer's games really complement one another and both are big/strong/fast enough to guard the other team's small forward/shooting guard (both players are 6'6"/6'7" and they both weigh 227 pounds, according to NBA.com). Miles is a great shooter and Brewer is a ridiculous finisher around the rim. Brewer really is more of a small forward anyway. C.J. has more of the shooting guard-type game. He can hit big shots from the perimeter and can also slash to the hoop and score when needed.

Depends alot on CJ! People forget about how important Ak is to the flow of our offense with his passing ability. It maybe Cj's eyes that get him on the court and not his shot!

I think AK wants to redefine himself in the mold of Ginobili. This will be great.

Sorry to burst your bubbles guys but...
Who started the game when the Jazz were trailing at the end of the first quarter by 7, and the second quarter by two?
Who started the second half when the Jazz dominated the third quarter?

As for the comment about trailing after the first quarter, let's also remeber that Boozer did not play at all on Tuesday. He usually starts that game off well and has big early quarters. How much more affective would Brewer and Miles be together when they have their low post scoring force back? It will open up a whole bunch of new scoring opportunities for them. The team is more effective in the first quarter when Boozer is actually in the game as a scoring threat and not just sitting on the sidelines. Oh well, it is only preseason, mind you.

AK was a ton better than CJ that night. I don't get the CJ hype around here. Show me something young man? And do it on a regular basis, not just one night against GS. (or whoever his one big game was)
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

How about his 4th quarter against the Heat last year? Were he single handily brought us back into the game?
On the flip-side, I don't understand the hate for a what? 20-year old CJ Miles who only plays limited minutes.

Allzzz I'm saying is the Jazz were better with AK in the line up. Who knows with Boozer back. I would love to bring AK off the bench if it makes the team better, and I certainly think it could help AK.

And you're argument is kinda flawed. Miles also started the third quarter. Paul Millsap did not start the third quarter; Kirilenko started for him.

I never said anything about CJ did I?
All I said was the Jazz were better with AK in the line up. I didn't mention any other players.

AK is starting at 4 with Miles at the 3.

Re: with AK coming off the bench last night...
I'm my oppinion AK should play a lot as PF.
With Small teams we can play him with Boozer, Okur or Millsap at 5.
A lineup with Deron, Korver, Brewer, AK and Boozer (or Okur) would be awesome vs teams without a dominant center.
You have a great pg, a great shooter, two slashers who can score inside and play defense and a good interior offensive player.
The most interesting thing is that AK+Memo or AK+Boozer= more deffense than Boozer+Memo.
