Damn our front court is so sick:
Okur/Koufos
Boozer/Millsap
Miles/Kirilenko/Harpring
As far as 1st-3rd unit, that has to be the best and deepest front court in the league.

I actually don't miss Carlos Boozer tonight. Oden would give Boozer fits. He's long, athletic and young. Reminds me of Javale McGee, we saw what he did to Boozer this year.
Booze struggles against length, I think Millsap and Okur will be solid.
Either Ronnie or CJ need to have a big game, and AK really needs to show up. Also I can't imagine a situation that Deron isn't worlds better then he was against Minnesota.

This game is going to be huge. And we will probably come out flat. I hate this team right now.

I wouldn't discount your team at home against the Blazers. At the Salt Palace (as I'll always know it to be), the Blazers are literally something along the lines of 10-30 all time. There's a very high probability that the Jazz pull this one out. It should be a good game though.

Is Yao Ming not lengthy enough for you?

Well, since Aldridge scored at will on Boozer last time, perhaps we won't miss Boozer that much. Although it would be nice to have him to grab some boards. Blazers will probably own us on the glass.
Hope for AK to bounce back (he has disappeared in the last few games) and Deron break out of his shooting slump. It would be nice to see CJ going off too. I wanna say Jazz win this one, but I'm not sure they will. Blazers just had a tough loss against the Magic and they'll likely be very focused for this game.

Boozer has trouble with speed and length.

Against Portland anyway, I think Boozer out helps you guys. Aldridge usually lights him up, and has trouble against smaller players.
I don't think Portland is ready yet to win in Utah though. They are still too young and inexperienced in these types of divisional games.
Could it happen.....sure, but if I was forced to bet, it would be on the Jazz.
Hopefully Oden has one of his 10/10 nights rather than one of his 4/3 nights. The kid really needs to learn how to stay out of foul trouble.
Good luck this season

I can't believe you guys think Oden is going to give Boozer a tough time. More like Boozer is going to keep Oden off the floor. Oden averages 3.6PF in in 21.5mpg, so he'll definitely struggle to maintain his average PT, and he'll probably send Boozer to the line all night.

Aldridge, not Oden.
Aldridge usually gives Boozer trouble
Boozer, if he were playing, wouldn't even guard Oden....would he?

I think he's talking about on defense. Oden may very well have been placed on Boozer at times (if he were able to play tonight) as he is primarily a post scorer. Chances are, however, it'd be LA on Boozer for most of the game.
