Tonight's 27 from Memo is the Jazz high in points all season. Weird, but true.

We have a lot of good players, so it's normal they share points.
It's not like Malone days when he was the leader scorer in 80% games he play (or more). This year Miles, Okur, Boozer, Millsap (maybe I'm forgotten someone) have been the leader scorer.
It is not something negative if the team is winning. Of course our W/L % it's no good, but our real season begins saturday with all our best players avalaible.

I get paranoid when someone on a roster begins to average, say, 30ppg. Maybe I'm old-fashioned but I believe it kills teamwork in the long run.
I'รถ perfectly happy with everyone getting his share of ppg.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I just find it surprising that no one really went off at any point this year so far.

I'd agree that its not a bad thing, I think as the team get deeper there is less need for a 30pt scorer. It is surprising that no one has surpassed 30pts though.

It's true that we have great balance and we don't need any one person to score 30+ points to win. However, if Boozer hadn't missed the last 12 games and Deron had been playing at 100%, both of them would have had at least one or two so far.

Is it too late to trade everyone for Starbury?
Maybe we could throw in the NY pick?

I remember Andrei was leader in one game this season, which is preatty weird, considering how "sloppy" he is on offence.

You are quite an AK hater for a Russian Utah Jazz fan.

i think it is healthy to see offense distributed.
tonight's jazz-magic game will feature similar teams in this concept. magic often gets 3 or 4 scoring 20

No, I'm not. Actually, I'm kinda objective for hi, because I have a privilege to watch for him for like a ten years. So, I'm trying to be objective. The way he attacks the basket seems very sloppy. But he has different advantages.
I started to root for Utah as a fan of Russian player. Now I'm more obsessed with a team (but I'm feeling happy when AK is playing at the top level of his game). So I'm looking for the best way to win for this team. Hopefully, AK will not play a PG for the big amount of time and will switch to a forward job. He opens for a pass a lot of times.

Not anymore, and I am surprised it was Sap. Great game for him, wish it turned out better for the team. Congrats Sap on your first 30 point game! May you have many more in your career (which I hope lasts a long time in Utah).

Once Boozer went down I think he was as good an option as anyone. Just more evidence that we're ready to depart with Boozer, and his future MAX contract. If the team is willing to load up with salaries, I say we trade Boozer now, then resign SAP for like $10M per yr. Maybe we can give him a 3yr deal, and then give him his money's worth in 2012 when I think we'll have some extra change for him with AK's salary down significantly.

This thread is bogus.
Harp has score 41 points, and the season isn't even half over.
I predict at least 46 by the end of the season. (expecting an injury)

Who cares? Does it really matter?
Along those lines hasn't only one player in one game even scored 30 points?

I honestly think CJ is going to be the first player to break 40 for the Jazz this season if it happens at all.
Deron appears to be the obvious choice though, or Memo.
