Gear up, boys. Its serious ambush time. If we are going to be the team from last year and make a run to the top or close again it needs to start now against the good teams on the road. It starts tonight. We can get this one and gain confidence for tougher matchups like SA and LAL.

The Jazz suck!!! You guys won't even make the playoffs as it looks right now. Kirilenko a.k.a (Russian Meth head Vulture man) is out. Carlos Loozer is out. Rockets by 10.

The only way I see the Jazz winning without AK is if Brewer and Miles can pick up their games and buckle down on defense. There can be NO mistakes like in the past 3 games. If Deron looses his cool and starts passing it to Memo's knees we will loose, if Paul is sore and cannot defend we lose, if Head or Novak comes in and we don't defend the perimeter, we lose. But with Tracy and Artest out it should be easier for Ronnie and CJ to play at top level. I predict a really close game just like last time we played, but I hope that the outcome is different.

I also think this will be a game that comes down to the wire. 2 key players out for each team, neither team is very deep tonight.

Look for Collins to get some minutes to come in and lean on Yao. The key to the game for me is Millsap. How will he react after playing 41 minutes last night on that bruised knee?

Also, if the Jazz can get to the line and keep up with the 90%+ free throw shooting they have a real chance.

Also Von Wafer is playing really well since McGrady went out, we have to watch him. The general consensus on the Houston board seems to be that it will be a close game, but most do not think that the Rockets will win. Battier has not been playing well, he is coming off of an injury, and Luis Scola IMO is a good matchup for Okur or Millsap. Personally I want to see Yao try and defend Memo, but I do not think that it will happen.

Consider this your warning for trolling.

With no AK, the odds are in Houston's favor, I think, but I'm mildly optimistic that we'll show up tonight.

I think the first quarter will be a real barometer for this game. If we come out and build a solid lead early I think we'll be alright. Otherwise I'm not so confident....

"Signs point to: Very likely."

I'm psyched for this game more than usual for some reason. I have an inexplicable sense that this could be something of a turning point for us, for better or worse. Nothing, of course, to base that on except my gut instinct.

Huh, I'm feeling the same way. I'm waiting for an eye-open game from Williams.
