It's only 3-4 weeks recovery time. Get it done now or soon and we can finally have a totally healthy team...in March.

yeah but

"We'll see ... but it doesn't feel any better," he said. "It just feels same way, you know. It feels sore. We'll see what the doctors say."

We'll see what the doctors say when? Today? A week from now? If he's gonna get surgery, I agree he needs to get it done soon

It's right about now that I wish I wasn't a fan of this team... What have we done to deserve this???

It's a good thing we don't need him, since he can't shoot, can't rebound and only plays well against scrubs.

This has been the coolest season in Jazz history.

Okay, at what point do we just waive the white flag and go into Blake Griffin tank mode?

Jazz won't do that. We'll be the unlucky bastards that aren't **** enough to be a top 10 lotto team, and weren't good enough to make it to the playoffs. Right now it just feels like one of "those" years.

The jazz will probably miss the playoffs by one game this year, so no playoffs and a crappy draft pick. BTW, this year is long over due for the jazz, because for the entire time of Stockton and Malone the jazz were amazingly injury free.

Very true, however, we did make the finals and just weren't good enough to win it all. I would rather have 1 championship and 19 terrible seasons, than 0 championships and 20 good seasons.

Just get the damn surgery now.. No point in having a gimpy Ak all season long. We're already in the low of lows, might as well just do it, get healthy so we can make a push.

Why is this long overdue? Remember the year with all the injuries and we sucked so bad we got Deron? Didn't we have a scrub club where Harpring was our top scorer and we barely missed playoffs after he tore his ACL? This could of been our year if we started out healthy, but they'll have a month to gel and try to make the playoffs if Boozer ever comes back. Wouldn't it be great to get the Hornets in the 1st round :D

Yeah, we're doing fine without him. As long as DWill keeps getting 30 and 10s, who cares about winning and defense :nonono:

This is the stupidest post I have ever read. So you're saying you'd rather be a Heat fan? Or a Knicks fan? Championships are nice. But they aren't everything. Just ask the Utah Utes. Sometimes you dont need to win the whole thing (especially when the whole thing is run by crooks) to feel good about what you've accomplished. Just ask John Stockton.

Being Jazz fans, none of us can really make any kind of assumption on what would be better, seeing as how we've not experienced a championship yet :)

Wow, I certainly can't agree with that. So, for one year we get to go, "Yeah, we did it!!!" and then waste two decades of our lives backing garbage?

What does AK have to do with defense? He surely doesnt make it any better. Maybe if we had better perimeter defenders and not have popin fresh at C we could play better D.
