The are the JailBlazers no longer. That time of darkness has passed, and we have much fortune in the fact that that convulsing black cloud never rested atop the Jazz franchise's head. Jazz by a bit, Fes with another solid night.

Man, I love the Jazz to wear that throwback jersey again.

Great photos of two great defensive centers. By the way--that photo of Walton was taken at the very first NBA game I ever went to. Portland won, and that was also the last non-sellout crowd for 21 seasons.

Good luck in the game tonight, Jazz fans. Too bad you guys have so many injuries because without those I would have expected playoff intensity on both sides.

Best of luck tonight guys. We're both playoff contenders in the west and Utah has looked very good considering the many injuries they've faced, so it should be a good one. Sloan has yet again proven to the NBA that he is one of the league's best coaches- two of his top players go down and he still finds a way to work around it and maintain a winning record. If Utah can stay at their current pace, the playoffs may not be nearly as far away for you guys as some are already saying. PHX and Dallas (and any other team not named LA or SA for that matter) could very easily fall out of contention if various factors come into play, which could open up room for a potential last minute playoff push by the Jazz.
