Do we need trade for a PG?

I dont know how most of you feel, but i havent been happy with either Brevin Knight or Ronnie Price, do we need an upgrade at the backup PG position? Maybe Earl Watson?

Wouldn't hurt, but the Jazz couldn't take on that much salary.

I think both do a good job so long as you know their limitations. Knight can run a team, but is certainly not a scorer (never was) or durable. Price is an energy guy who can do an "acceptable" job running the offense if he has someone else like AK to handle the ball as well. He is a decent defender and always gives 100%, he has a lot of room to develop and become a nice player (IMO).

Yeah i noticed Watson makes 6 Mill a year, he reminds me a little bit of Fisher and he can play the 2 if needed im just not sold on either Knight or Price helping in the playoffs!

I'm happy enough with Knight. Wish he could shoot a three to save his life though. Other than health, the Jazz just need CJ and Brew to play up to their capabilities and handle the ball well and shoot a high percentage.

I haven't been real impressed with Knight or Price lately either. However, come playoff time, Deron's going to be playing 40-45 minutes every night anyway, so we won't really need much from the backup slot. Also, with our full contingent of players, we'll have AK-47, Millsap and either Kyle or C.J. coming off the bench, which will make things easier for them and give them a lot more to work with.

Knight will look great once AK and Sap go back to the bench. I don't think we should be worried.
Also, for the price we're paying, we're not gonna find anything better.

I don't think back-up PG is a priority worth pursuing. Knight and Price are doing ok, not great, but ok. Save the ammunition for a better target.
