Jazz vs. the Celtics 2/19/09

Post#1 » by carrottop12 » Thu Feb 19, 2009 6:58 am

This classic Rivalry produced probably the best film of the 90's, and maybe the Best Basketball film of all time. (Sorry 6th Man, another Wayans Brothers classic)

BTW, I am inviting either Sheik or Delaney to come and kidnap Kevin Garnett or Paul Pierce with me tomorrow if they are interested before the game. Let me know, I'll email you my phone number.

Let's go Jazz!!!

If that punk KG messes up with Memo cuz he's a white Euro, he'll be in a hell of a trouble!

I hope Memo plays. This should be an excellent game, regardless if we win, I just hope we play well and put up a good fight.

Memo practiced yesterday, so I would expect him to play. AK also said that he had no pain in his ankle.

I'm sensing a big game for Millsap.

Big game.

I am sure Deron will lose his mind tonight and drop at least 30/10 on these guys. As much as I want to say we'd win convincingly, I know thats not truth. This is going to be a close one, and an almost necessary win in my eyes.

We need Deron and Memo to show up.

We need 3 or these 6 players to have good games: Brewer, Miles, Millsap, Korver, Harpring and AK.

Then we will win.

Overall I most concerned about our rebounding and interior defense. The combo of AK, Brewer and CJ should do decent job on Pierce. I am more worried about Ray Allen and Garnett inside.

Hahahah that reminds me of a few years back (02) when Harpring was dropping 30 points every once in a blue moon. I remember he had 30 against the Wolves and did a great job guarding Garnett.

Crazy how I still remember that game as well as I do.

How awesome would it be if Memo hit the game winning shot and gets interviewed and is like:

"ANYTHING IS POSSIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

Would be better than the Kobe dance.
