Re: Question?
If I remember correctly, and I'm sure loserx will fix it if I don't, the Jazz owe Minnesota a 1st rounder (via Kover trade with Philly) pick that is top 22 protected this year (with decreasing protection over the next few years) and they are owed a NY Knicks first rounder (via Marbury trade with Phonix and later Gugliotta trade with Phoenix) either this year (top 23? protected - so Knicks will keep it this year, but completely unprotected next year - yahoo!). Other than that, I think the Jazz have all their own picks.

Re: Question?
This year if the Jazz finish 22+(top 8 in the NBA) than the pick gets conveyed to Minnesota via the Philadelphia trade with Giricek and Korver.
Conversly, if the second round pick is 55+ the pick goes to Philadelphia via the Hubert Hill for Kyrylo Fesenko trade.
If the Knicks finish 22+(top 8 again) than the Jazz get that pick, but since that is not likely to happen the pick goes to the Jazz in 2010 no matter where it is at.
In 2010, if the pick isn't taken this year, the pick goes to Minnesota if it is 20+ I believe, 16+ in 2011, and lottery protected in 2012.
If Philly doesn't get the pick from the Fesenko trade by 2012 I think it's void, I also think the protection is if it's lower than 55.
So in otherwords
2009
1st-Unless the Jazz Finish in the top 8
2nd unless the Jazz pick is 55 or above
2010
1st unless the top 10
1st from New York no matter
2nd unless the Jazz pick is 55 or above
2011
1st-Unless Jazz finish in top 14
2nd unless the Jazz pick is 55 or above
2012
1st goes to Minny unless Jazz miss the playoffs
2nd unless the Jazz pick is 55 or above
2013+
1st goes to Minny unless Jazz miss playoffs
2nd free and clear
