We're 2 and half back of the Rockets for the 2nd seed in the West, if we want any shot at homecourt we have to win this game. Rockets are playing well w/out Mcgrady, so this will be a tough one. Thank God we're @ home.

I think that playing at home and with some days off, we'll win this one.

C'mon JAZZ, c'mon!!

I think this would be a good time to start another big win streak, especially if we want to have a prayer at having home court.

The best thing about that, if I think we are able to win all the games.
I know, there's a few difficult (@Denver,@PHO, @Blazers,@Mavs, @Spurs ad @Lakers) But we can win vs them, and probably Lakers won't be playing for nothing last night. I feel we are a better team than denver, Blazers, Phoenix and Dallas. Then Spurs is a toss up. They should win, but lately they aren't as strong as before.

I believe!

I don't think the Laker's will back down against the Jazz, even if its the last game of the season. It would be nice if they did....

As far as the Houston game goes, I thought I would provide an interesting fact for the board having to do with our beloved Rockets fans in Texas....

According to studies conducted by Men's Fitness Magazine, Salt Lake City is the most fit city in the entire nation. Houston? The 6th fattest.

Hope the Jazz play honest game, i.e., no flopping.

Every team in the NBA flops to draw charges, learn the game

I hope Utah can start out hot and jump on the Rockets early. A win here could be huge before we go play down in PHX.

The only thing I worry about in this game is the Jazz coming out ice cold from having only played once in 5 nights.

However I like that the Jazz will have had 3 days of practice leading up to the game, which is the first night of a back to back, so hopefully they are plenty rested.

Jazz win.

I'm more worried about the game the next night in Phoenix. If there is one thing Houston is good at it is wearing u down. Hope we won't be too worn out to battle the suns the next night.

Well, it's a back to back road game against a good team. I'd say we'd have few chances regardless of whom we played the night before, considering the recent history of this team. As long as they can take care of business at home...

Shane Battier, Kyle Lowry and Luis Scola....Battier literally wrote the book on how to flop.

I think you are wrong about the Lakers. They are currently in a battle with the Cavs for homecourt in the playoffs, which is something they didn't have last year. I think Phil wants homecourt and will play to get it.

Lets see if the Rockets can win another big game on the road. Rockets MUST control the defensive boards and limit the Jazz 2nd chance oppurtunities. Good luck with that Houston!

Should be a great one. I expect it to be a grind-it-out type of game and Houston comes out of Salt Lake with a rare win.

When the jazz play the rockets 2 things are inevitable:

1. The game is very close throughout.

2. The game is ugly as hell.

From our friends at clutchfans:
Not quite sure how the title and Video are connected.
But that's frigging awesome when Artest shouted " no layup!".
BTW, I just hated that white trash Mitt Harping.

remember way back when.....when "hot rod" hundley used to refer to hornacek as "horny'...
damn that franchise is pathetic!!!

being able to beat the spurs and the jazz on the road back 2 back would send a huge message to the league and give the team a great mental edge and something to rely on when things are tough.

game is on tnt one could only hope the refs will be scrutinized a bit more.

here's to a good game hopefully ron attacks the basket the way he did against the spurs.

Players like Ron Artest are an embarrassment to the league. I hope the Jazz can come out strong tomorrow and put to bed all the talk that Houston is suddenly a "changed team" and a "contender". Until they can prove that they can get past us, I don't consider them anything but a first round team. Period.
