Jazz players like each other???

Earlier in the week D-Will said now is not the time for bickering and arguing basically suggesting that arguing amongst the players was occurring. A shot of the bench after the D-Will game winner showed AK-47 barely applauding like he could care less. Ak-47 may have just been pouting for lacking playing time. D-Will in post game interveiw seemed less than excited when the announcer asked him about Boozer's great game.

I know losing causes difficulty on a team BUT this team doesnt really like each other. Winning cures alot of ill feelings, but these guys need to grow up and do their job. AK-47 will be traded and Boozer is gone. AK-47 will never reach his potential in Jazz style of play and will always be a distraction. Boozer simply cares about Boozer. It is time to blow up this team.

Some people aren't fist pumpers or jumpers. I know I wouldn't be.

Regardless, this is the **** playoffs and you just knocked off the number 1 team in the west on your home floor in exciting fashion, if that doesn't get you excited or happy for eachother, then something really is wrong.

i've always gotten the feeling that AK and Dwill dont get along to well. ever since the comment deron made 2 years ago after the spurs knocked us out of conference finals where he said some players were already on vacation before the season was over...we know that was towards AK-47.

as for last night, i thought Deron was stoked on booze, he looked pretty happy when he said "he's back"

Deron and Boozer are buddies, they seem to get a long well.

AK is the odd man out in the locker room though it seems.

You could see AK's facial expression and it looked like he was pretty happy with Deron's basket. Maybe he was worried there was still 2 seconds on the clock and Kobe was on the other team. People read too much into little things, and create huge theories based on just about nothing. And honestly, I don't give a **** if they get along or not, as long as they play well with each other.

i always thought that comment was towards giri, who is gone. but regardless, when we traded for korver, i thought he would be a greater impact in the locker room than he has been.

i've also been disappointing in harprings impact this year. he should be more outspoken both towards his teammates and his play on the floor.

i think the true "cancer" though has been boozer. the jazz were playing great when he didn't have any direct interest in each game, but when he stepped into his "role" as team captain, that's when things started going south and blame started being thrown around.

When Boozer is playing his best, the Jazz are at their best. He helps the team out considerably. The problem however are his injuries, his slow returns and his lack of defense in the regular season.

He puts the Jazz in a tough spot.

I think they all get along pretty well. AK, Koufos and Memo seem to like each other a lot (Memo and AK are always talking on the bench, Kosta talks to Memo quite a bit when they are on the bench together), and all the young guys like Brewer, Miles and Millsap seem to get along really well--and, as has been said, Boozer and Deron look like they are buddies. I think this entire "are the Jazz players getting along" thing is being over exaggerated. They were frustrated with how they were playing, and that is how people are when they are frustrated, they get a bit argumentative. Everyone has their act together (except Miles and Knight), and we are doing well. Even if we don't win the series, if we can push it to 6 or 7 this post season is a success (IMO).

Could be, but Deron also said something to the effect of: "If I've got Matt Harpring on one side, a guy that's always in the gym working on his game, and a guy on the other side who is out of the gym the second practice is over, who do you think I'm gonna pass the ball to?"

HT, I wonder if you are even a Jazz fan. I mean seriously, crap like this, about Sloan, about HAVING to move to VEGAS. I can't even stand to read some of your stuff because its pretty much ALL negative. Nonetheless I have always gotten the feeling that Deron loves to give AK the ball when he's slashing to the basket, but hates when he takes 20 foot jumpers. It just isn't what he seems to want AK to do with the ball. I thought Williams looked majorly pumped when Boozer got his dunk and even more excited when he made his shot. I don't care how he acted during the post game, I care what emotion he and Booze showed on the floor.

if you go with this thought process then Stockton pretty much hated everyone he ever played with not counting "the shot" and "the pass"

you know, it's pretty tough to know for sure if the players really like each other or not, since they're together 8-12 hours a day for 6-8 months a year and we see only about 5% of that interaction.

Deron is tired of Boozer's lack of effort, I perceive. I could be wrong, I often am. But I saw a loose ball on a rebound in a game toward the end of the season. Boozer was content to watch it bounce slowly out of bounds. Deron ran for it and couldnt make it. He turned around and chewed Boozer out something fierce.

And Deron and AK dont like each other. Deron stole the show from AK, and AK never recovered.

Trade AK for Tayshaun Prince. Trade Boozer if he doesn't opt out.

Easier said than done...but those two guys need to go.
