A couple of sites are stating Jazz are exploring trading Boozer if he doesnt opt out. I expect them to trade Boozer keep Millsap and Memo maybe let Korver leave but what type of player can we get that matches his salary without a long contractual commitment. Here are some players Jazz would consider from teams that might be interested in the Loozer.
Bulls Brad Miller (I say no but Jazz management likes him)
Dallas Erik Dampier
GSW Jamal Crawford (head case that can shoot better than Brewer)
LAC Camby (old as smoke)
LAC Kaman (I want this to happen!!!!)
NJ Vince Carter (makes team better but makes alot of money)
NO T. Chandler (makes sense for both teams then NO trades their current PF for
center to save money-I can see this happening)
Suns Amare (get it done!!! throw in Brewer and suns do it)
Milw Red or Jefferson helps Jazz wings

outta that list, I wouldn't be opposed to Camby/Kaman/Chandler. Chandler has a man crush on CP3, just imagine how much he'd appreciate dwill

He will opt out, he will not get worse than what he has for 1 year.

I like Camby, Last year he wont the DPOY. A tall athletic rebounding defensive big. Isnt that what we need.

I would be cool with Chandler. It may need a little tweaking though.

I love Camby, but he's too old, the only way I would be ok with getting him is if we're looking to really contend this year, if we're in rebuilding mode, camby isn't the answer.

Agreed. I like him but he is getting old. He is a piece of the puzzle but far from the foundation.

As far as I'm concerned Okur>>> Wallace. Wallace won't be the difference maker this team needs.

Wallace is a SF and Okur is a C. I don't see the comparison here.

Man I love hearing this stuff. I don't really remember the last time I've been this excited during the off-season since we got Boozer (oh the irony). I have been really busy with work and don't have time to read all of the posts, but who do you guys think is our best prospect in the off season? I think it all comes down to who's willing to come to Utah.

nets fan here...you guys have any interest in a VC for S&T boozer. seems like it would be a good fit for both teams, assuming of course you guys resign milsap, which it seems you want to do.
