Could you imagine if he played like that more often than not, but even better... IN EVERY GAME OF THE YEAR?!?!

Having Boozer on the Jazz makes all the difference IMO. When Boozer is healthy and contributing the Jazz are a top 4 team in the west. Without, as was shown this past season, we hover around .500. The Jazz need to bring back Boozer if they want to compete and have a chance at a top seed in the playoffs. Regardless of his defensive deficiencies, his post game is what the Jazz need to be successful.
Another way to look at it is if you have these different combos who's more likely to win ball games for you:
Williams and Okur?
Williams and Millsap?
Williams and Boozer?
Personally I'll take the latter.....

He did in the first part of the season (20ppg 12rpg before his injury). And he actually tried on defense. I want Boozer back, I want Millsap back, and I want Okur back. I would be willing to dump a couple of role players to get it done too because I want to see what they can do for a season where they are all healthy.

Give me a break, Boozer and Millsap were healthy, and we didn't stand a chance. Millsap was disgruntled when Boozer came back and Millsap was sent back to the bench, and Okur plays better with Millsap than Boozer. It's too much money to keep Boozer, and Millsap is dirt cheap. Time to move on.

If we're set on continuing to build around Deron and Boozer, which isn't necessarily a bad idea, we really need to swap Memo out for a center with some length and athleticism who can play defense and then see if we can't get some more perimeter shooting, scoring and defense by trading some combination of AK, C.J., Harp's expiring contract and picks (excluding the Knicks' 2010 pick, unless we can get an elite player.)

Boozer was not healthy until the playoffs--if we can add a good shooting guard I think that Memo-Boozer-Millsap is fine for out front-line.
