Im sure some of you remember hearing that former Jazzman, Kirk Snyder was arrested a few months back for breaking into his neighbors house and attacking him.

Well, here is the follow-up to his arrest:

Looks like he was found to be mentally incompetent and has been sentenced to a mental facility for at least year, at which time he will be reevaluated.

Dang.

Wow...I feel badly for him. Hopefully he gets the help he needs. He could be a bit erratic at times but I didn't see this coming.

It's Sloan's fault!!!

Sounds like it is a serious mental issue. They would just send him to prison if he was in any way lucid.
