I put this together trying to come up with something that will work to get us a defensive center, save a little cap space, and to give us some more pure shooters. We would definately miss AK's passing ability, and prob hate on Redd's salary if he doesn't perform. I do think Redd would be insane on that 15 ft curl shot harpring and Korver run. I also think CJ has some great upside still as he is very young. I don't know how the other teams would feel about this.

I dont know why NO would do that. Aren't they trying to save money? They would essentially be trading for Deng, who is on a longer deal than Tyson.

I think Redd's a huge injury risk and a volume shooter. He doesn't play a bit of defense.

Chandler's a giant injury risk as well.

And Salim Stoudamire played 35 games in 07-08, and none that I can see last year.

A bunch of injury-prone guys and not much cap relief... I'd pass on it.

Deng has a very bad contract for NO....

You're implying that Salim isn't injury prone? He sucks AND he's injury prone.

Isn't Michael Redd out for the season already?
