Trade Boozer in Feb.?

Jazz can wait to trade Boozer until February so Jazz would keep Millsap on the bench until then simply to trade Boozer in February anyway. This is not good for team chemistry. If Boozer going to get traded anyway, I dont want him on the team for half the season. He would simply be a distraction.
A rumor in Espn has Jazz now possibly trading Boozer for Haslem and James Jones. The Jazz then would trade Miles to a team for a future pick also recieving a the trade exception for salary cap purposes.
The issue is would you want Haslem for one season with an over paid Millsap or rather you have a David Lee or would you rather have Millsap with Maggette. None are that great of scenarios, but the one I cannot live with is starting the season with Boozer as the starter and Millsap as a bench player only to trade Boozer in February.
