Is Boozer working behind the scenes to secure a trade in which he lands in Chicago? Sounds like he is doing everything he can in order to have some control over his destination. "A lot of it is in the Jazz's hands..." Really... I thought it was completely in their hands and those teams with whom they are negotiating the trade.

I noticed at the end when he said would be "very happy" in essence to leave the Jazz. Trade this garbage for yeaterdays newspaper if your have to. He has to go.

This is actually good for the Jazz. With Boozer saying he will sign an extension makes his value go way up. The Jazz will get some value for him now.

Wait, so the Jazz DID tell Boozer he wasnt in their future plans? But not even 24 hours ago Locke said that conversation never happened?? HAHA!!

Another day with Locke getting an omelet on his face!!

Its amazing the bullcrap that you get fed when the media source is bought and paid for by the team.
What do you say now, echo??

Personally that's what I would guess.

It wouldve been better for all parties if Boozer didnt say anything IMO wouldnt it make other team offer less in return for Boozer? Knowing we dont have plans for him and are trying to get rid of him.

Well, it IS possible that he can agree to one before he is traded.

This happens alot, and in fact I heard on the way in to work this morning that his agent is already out looking for possible trade destinations.

The great part here is, they can send him wherever they want.

Do you listen to his show much? Locke did respond to this interview by Boozer. Since Locke did the good journalistic thing and verified his version with multiple sources, he throws out a few possibilities:
1) Boozer is lying
2) Boozer misunderstood/misinterpreted the conversation
3) Boozer is trying to get himself traded

My opinion is that #3 is the most likely since Boozer never planned on picking up his option to begin with, has shunned the Utah media as a whole this summer, and has a history of questionable conversations with team ownership/management where both parties did not hear the same words in the same way.

Since I've been officially been labeled as the David Locke butt lover on the forums...

I don't need to say much more then what is said above, Locke responded to all of this. Try listening to the show before you freak out.
