Has Maynor been signed yet?

I'm a Sixer fan, but a VCU student and I was just wondering if you guys knew whether Maynor had officially been signed yet? Im trying to get a maynor jersey, but have to customize it since not many places carry rookie jerseys. Just wanted to make sure he would be #3 like he was in college since no one on your team has the #3 currently. But I wont know til he signs and picks a # if he hasnt done so already? Thanks for the help guys.
