If Utah could get in on the Chandler/Okafor swap somehow...

Boozer's salary is right in the neighborhood of both Chandler and Okafor. I wonder if there is any kind of a possibility to get in on a 3 or 4 team deal somehow.....
I'll have to play around in the trade checker to see what could be done.

I really don't know why Charlotte wouldn't want to look at getting Boozer instead of Chandler.
If they're doing this to cut payroll, he has one less year on his deal and expires after this season.
If they're doing it to improve their team, Boozer is a better player by far than Chandler and could provide a real shot in the arm offensively to a team that can't score.
Soooooo confusing.

Exactly, I don't understand this trade at all........ For either team.......
I thought New Orleans wanted to cut salary and yet here they're trading for a long contract........
It makes no sense........

Trade really doesnt make much sense. In regards to Boozer being better than these two players, you are wrong. Boozer has no value on the trade market.

Chanlder has more trade value then Boozer? I totally disagree with that

Same here, I thought New Orleans had some serious financial problems.

Id rather have Okafor over Haslem any day of the week. If Jazz settle for Haslem, that proves either
1) Boozer has no trade value or
2) KOC ia an idiot.

Well, what does Charlotte need? If they trade Okafor for Chandler, they won't have any bigs that can score, right?

Boozer's value is low, but he has a lot more value than Chandler. It's not even debatable.

Could be Bobcats like Chandler's size and Hornets are still looking for salary relief and will now send Okafor- who shouldn't have any problems passing a physical. Regarding Boozer, GMs prefer bigs who are not major defensive liabilities, including KOC.

If Jazz trade Boozer for Haslem instead of Okafor whose traded for Chandler what would that mean to you?

You are talking about rumors that HAVE NOT happened! What does that mean to you? All of your nonsense is based on speculation and the idea of AK playing the 4. NO WAY that will work 40 minutes a game, and no way do you have any idea what the Jazz or the rest of the league values Boozer at. The Heat aren't going to give their team away to get him and the Jazz aren't going to give him away for garbage, thus nothing has happened. Every team is trying to be better without giving too much, and that is why we have no idea what Boozer is worth to the league.

If Boozer traded for Haslem while Okafur traded for just Chandler, only can mean one of 2 things.
NO >>>> KOC
or
Chandler > trade value than Boozer
Future will tell but Jazz are not going to make out well on trading Boozer.

I would have loved to land Okafor. I wonder why we couldn't.

If Jazz can get involved in this deal be great but I doubt it. Heres a great trade for Jazz which saves Jazz money now but adds salary for later when AK-47 could hopefully get traded next year avoiding salary cap issues.
Jazz get Okafur and Raja Bell (makes their team better-saves Jazz money next year.)
Hornets get Boozer (saves them money in 2010) Maybe Jazz can add protected future #1 and/or Fess
Bobcats get Chandler & Harpring (saving them money long term)
