Warriors/ Utah deal

I'm sure this one has been floated, but I thought I'd get some feed back from you guys.
Maggette 9mil, Speedy (5mil expiring, could be waived...money saver), Wright (2mil, young talent with high ceiling) for Kirilenko.
I know swallowing Maggette is tough for some, but the guy found a nice nitch as a sixth man last year. also realizes that 30 minutes a game is better for him long term. The guy is instant offense off the bench and can dominate the 2nd teams around the league. He was resistant to coming off the bench for Dunleavy, but flourished in that role under Nelson.
Speedy gives you guys some much need cap relief and there's a chance that if not medically fit to play, it will be an even better money savings than the 5.2 million dollar expiring.
I hate to give up Wright in this deal, but it allows Utah a long term high ceiling player to back-up Milsap once Boozer walks or is traded at the deadline. I really get the feeling that Boozer will bolt at the first opportunity and Wright could be a really nice player.
In games where he played 20+ minutes he averaged 14 pts and 6 rebounds. The kid is smart on the floor and showed that he could start. If not for our ever loving smallball coach, the kid would be a no brainer keeper.
