http://waynewinston.com/wordpress/?p=220Stat-head Wayne Winston ran some numbers and found some interesting results related to performance of certain combinations of players. e.g. by his measure, the Jazz' best lineup so far has been Deron/Brewer/Kirilenko/Millsap/Okur. Second best is Deron/Price/Kirilenko/Millsap/Boozer.

I have always said Boozer and Memo cannot co-exist and now you guys are starting to see why. They are non-shot blocking defenders that play no self-defense. Jazz best line-up is this but Sloan doesnt have the brains or balls to do so. Knowing Sloan, he is simply going to bench AK-47 to help the bench and start matthews...That is what Sloan calls a big move. Jazz best line-up without a trade is as follows.
PG Williams Price Maynor
SG Miles (Price until he is healthy) Korver
C Memo Boozer Kosta Fess
PF AK-47 Millsap Boozer
SF Brewer Millsap Matthews
Lets play some defense people!!!

When williams gets back, Just start
Williams, Mathews, Kirlinko, Milsap and Fes.
Bring Boozer, Brewer, Okur, Mayner and Koufus off the Bench. Hopefully Price will get better soon and the Jazz can trade Harpring for either a defense minded center of a tough swing man.

So, what you're saying is that two big men with average(at best) defense probably won't take us to a championship? Pure genius. ESPN should be calling you at any moment. Get ready for your dream job, as it's finally coming to fruition.
