I'd consider this, but Battier would be the starting 3. To me Brewer just isn't a starter. And yeah, get rid of Memo.

Trade Memo and Koufus to clippers for Camby, Skinner, and Telfir. $ works. Telfir 3rd point guard, Camby starts at center, Skinner a backup power player. All 3 come off at the end of the year.

It's like take a gamble and maybe win this year & re-evaluate boozer and other available players and/or trade for players and draft for players! Oh! I still am not convinced Booz will sign with the Jazz. Dude is done in Utah after this year. Sure, we can draft a big and watch his potential rot away on the bench a la Kouf and Fes and hope that by the time he's peaking, DWill isn't coming off the best years of his career.

As for signing a big name FA, Utah doesn't have the brightest reputation for luring the difference-makers.
