I dont know how to use the computer well enough to do a game thread, yes Im 34 years old. But I want to talk about this game! I have been a jazzfan since 1989 and have my old classic purple hoodie on for this one! No pun intended on the purple hoodie! We win and we are on our way back to contending I feel. And the game is on up here in Canada! So.......Go Jazz!

Perfect thread title, i can't remember the last time we played on a Sunday, and on national TV no less. Really looking forward to this one and if Jazz want to really be contenders this year, tonight and wednesday will be determining factors on whether that is a reality or not.

Did I mention I **** hate the nuggets? I hope we beat em down.

i still dont get the pun, but im stoked for this game! 3 nationally televised games in a week! the Jazz are one of the hottest teams in the NBA right now, if we win tonight, its gonna be HUGE. but we must not forget, this team has two faces, which one will show tonight?

Will we see the team that Hollinger has ranked 3rd in the power rankings right now, or the one Stein has ranked 17th? Could go either way, and the back to back with travel makes it that much tougher, but the starters didn't get too much work last night. We should be able to make a good game of this. It's time to take the division back!

We have a couple Sunday games every year but the last non-playoff one on national TV was a game against the Hornets when they were still in OKC toward the end of the 06-07 season. ESPN moved the Nets/76ers and put us on instead. Damn I have a sick memory.

Anyway, Ty Lawson is back after a four game absence and the Nuggets are all healthy. I expect another high turnover mediocre shooting performance by the Jazz. Nuggets by about 10.

Good test for us to really see where we really are. Our defense has been impressive this year.

Nonetheless, this is a classic Jazz melt down game, we ride high with impressive wins AT HOME, and than get kicked in the ass back to reality with a game like this.

I think the hoodie pun might have had something to do with it being "old" as the OP also claimed to be. I don't really know.

ok, sorry about the hoodie thing. yes it is an old sweatshirt that i wear when the jazz play. but the pun was referring to being an excited part of the male anatomy......sorry if it was off side but i thought it was a great pun. may get suspended over that but it was purely a joke and did not think an explanation needed. maybe something against the norm is what we need. we all down deep expect a loss here but we are a more talented team and it is coming together....dwill hits a buzzer beater for the win and this forum starts to rock again like it was 2007-2008!
