Anybody notice how many national tv games we've had?

Anybody notice how many games we've had on national television this season? I'm pretty shocked considering Utah is a small market, and we barely made the playoffs last season. We had 11 games left, and I'm sure we've had a dozen already.

Well with games like last night and Cleveland, we have been a pretty entertaining squad to watch.

Haha, I'd like to see the ratings for last nights game. I'm sure Jazz vs Spurs isn't exciting to anyone outside of Utah

It was much better than the NCAA game that was on the other channel. I can't believe how many of those they show. They have at least two every night of the week.

Maybe not that exciting for people outside of Utah and SA, but that game was pretty amazing.
First team in a dozen years to sweep the Spurs, and the irony is that we lost like 20 games in a row at San Antonio before this season.
Duncan was going for his 20,000th point, funny that he fell 1 point short on ESPN lol.
Utah had to overcome a huge run.
As for Jazz fans, Kirilenko had a superb game, it's always beautiful to watch Kirilenko when he plays to his potential. Anyways, what people listen to or watch is usually crap anyways, so I could care less.

Very true. It was probably trounced in the ratings by some reality show all about the real lives of former reality show contestants.

When you think about it, there are only seven teams in the mountain and pacific time zones that they can show on the second of a TNT doubleheader because they are not going to start a game at 9:30 central time in that market. Factor in that nobody expected anything from the Kings and Warriors, and the Clippers are the Clippers, so they don't get many late games. At least for doubleheaders on ESPN they sometimes start an hour earlier so they could have a team in the central time zone have the late game, but not on TNT. I found myself thinking about this the other day, makes perfect sense.
