Jazz worst/best Off season Moves?

Since we now have enough evidence to evaluate the off season moves, what was the best and worst ones.
Best: Retaining Boozer as he has helped team win and matching Millsap's contract gives the Jazz options now and next off season while winning games. Picking up Matthews and Drafting Maynor with the subsequent trade away of maynor/harpring were smart moves by KOC.
Worst: What was the Jazz and KOC thinking when they re-upped Memo for 2 more years past this season? They could have seen how he played during the season then made a decision at the end of the year when he was a free agent. I guess they thought he might get a big deal in off season and were saving money. In light of the fact that the Jazz are over the cap, this move made, and still makes, little sence to me. Definitely the worse move of the off season. Drafting the michigan state stiff in the second round was idiotic which i said when he was picked. I knew he no chance to make the NBA. I thought the Jazz would have picked Blair and traded up for him if need be. Matthews makes up for this mistake and the Jazz werent the only team to make a mistake by not taking Blair.
