Since we traded Ronnie for nothing in return we still need to fill up the roster spot. I think we need another Forward. The D-League is a guards league, but i dont know anywhere else to look unless someone gets waived. Is Greg Foster Available?

Guys on the radio here (and KOC mentioned this as a possibility when interviewed) are speculating that they may pick up a player that was bought out after a trade...ala Big Z.

I am hoping Big Z is bought out and the Jazz go after him.

Not up to KOC. Big Z has to be bought out first.

According to ESPN and Big Z's agent if he does get bought out he's most likely going back to Cleveland. Who else might get bought out, Drew Gooden?

Its almost certain Z will be bought out but theres next to no chance that he signs with the Jazz. His family has lived in Cleveland forever, he has a family and hes stated that he'd like to finish there. He'll go black to Cleveland

My guess is someone that was involved in the Rockets trade earlier....they seem to have a bunch of extra guys now. Maybe someone like Kenny Thomas?

Kenny Thomas, Brian Cardinal, Drew Gooden... all seem like possibilities.

Hoopsworld reports that the Jazz may have a chance at Z if he gets bought out as the Jazz can give a pro-rated portion of their mid-level exception.

I also saw another report that if the Suns traded Amare to Celeveland then Z would have been traded to Utah in that deal straight up for Boozer. That would have lead to an outcry on this board. But getting Z and #1 pick for trading Brewer would be awesome. A definite need to split time with Okur.

chris richard was waived today. He would be a decent pick up for us.
