No idea if somebody posted this already. But here it is: http://www.nba.com/2010/news/features/0 ... ef:nbahpt1

10. Wesley Matthews, Utah Jazz
Last Week: NR | Drafted: FA
Jazz fans have been some of the most outspoken when it comes to campaigning for Matthews in these rankings, flooding my inbox with complaints about his absence. (For the record, I've kept a close watch on Matthews, who has made the top 10 in six of the 16 weeks this season.) Those fans will be pleased to know Matthews still has some tricks up his sleeve. "There's a lot to my game that I don't even know yet," Matthews told ESPN.com. "I've unveiled some of it, but I'm still young. I'm still going to keep getting better."

Wes Matthews does not have the physical ability to be much more than what he is right now. If he can work on his 3 point shot, then best case scenario would be Bruce Bowen, but likely what you see is what you get, a good bench player.

I imagine Toledo looks a lot like Soul Patch's avatar when he posts.

And this is based on what?

If he can work on his 3 point shot, then best case scenario would be Bruce Bowen, but likely what you see is what you get, a good bench player.

That's a pretty damn good scenario. Bruce Bowen was a key role player in the SAS champ runs. I would take that in a heartbeat.

I hate the Bruce Bowen comparison but I understand given the circunstances. What I take from Wes is that he is not an unidimensional player. He is very system oriented kind of player and he will be able to score as he becomes more familiar with the flex (and right now he is beginning to score). He is a very high IQ, versatile, hard nosed defender who needs to improve on ballhandling and passing.

Wes Mathews is a much better finisher around the rim than Bowen ever was.

Very glad to see him mentioned. This is a pretty solid draft class, for him to be mentioned above Blair is quite an honor. Well deserved. :-)
