Does your team need shooting?

I am a HUGE Durant fan (I don't know why they waited so long to play him at SF).

I know he shoots very well but it seems he is the ONLY real deep threat on the team.

After the season is over, would OKC consider trading D. Wilkins and K. Weaver to the Lakers for Sasha Vujacic--a legit deep threat at the SG position.

I know it's a long way away but Vujacic is a base year compensation player who can't be easily traded until this summer.

Vujacic is a low risk high reward player b/c his contract has only two years and 10 million left on it. He could really help spread the floor for Durant and Westbrook to do their thing.

All depends on how the offseason goes.... where we land in the draft, who we take, if we sign anybody. Overall, I'd say that Weaver is looking really good lately, and I probably wouldn't want to part with him. Sasha does a lot for the Lakers, so I'm not sure why they'd give him up, but I don't think that he would do nearly the amount for us that he does for them. Just don't really see the trade being advantageous for either side.

We need shooting in the starting lineup and Vujacic is not a starter in this league. (Or someone who will play big minutes off the bench, he's not that guy)

BTW, I'm surprised with the way Westbrook is shooting the ball lately. He was a 29% shooter from three with just 0.4 made per game before the game at Golden State. He's 4 for 6 in his last two games. (GSW/LAC)

Yeah, he's definitely stepped up recently. Green has also been a consistent threat from 3 pt range. I wouldn't consider him a 3 point shooter, but his consistency has opened up the middle a lot more than it ever was at the beginning of the year. Weaver also, I believe, is 4/4 from deep in these last two games. If he can keep bringing what he has been, he could definitely be our backup shooting guard long term, or maybe even backup the point too (if he improves and gets more confidence in his ball handling abilities).
