Would you take Thabeet at 3?

If the Grizz pass up on Thabeet and take Rubio instead, would you take Thabeet at #3? I think he fits in well with both the Grizz and the Thunder since neither have an anchor down low. Westbrook Durant Green Thabeet is pretty scary! I found his facebook and its cool. Check it out.

Yes If I were the thunder execs I would take Thabeet. He doesn't need to score but just rebound & play defense.. Oklahoma is the perfect situation for him.

No. Okc was a great rebounding team most of the year. Their interior d was poor bc they got pushed around on the block. Thaneet will get abused on the low block. Ya he can block shots but how many easy putbacks are scored a game bc thaneet leaves his man to go block a shot.

Okc should move the pick or take harden. I'm not excited about anybody in this draft but you get a solid role player in harden and we won't have to wait three years for him to develops.

I don't think thabeet is going be a good nba players. Hes stiff and will probably get into foul trouble easy swatting at faster more athletic players. Blair whooped him when they played in college and he is 6'7. I would rather take harden. Hes a scoring option at worst of the bench. Thabeet is going a be a tree in the nba. Go around it or get close to it and it wont matter.

The more I think about the 3rd pick I think its a simple choice considering whos doing the drafting-Sam Presti .What is he building here a team first, defensive minded Spurs blue print.that being said the pick is gonna be James Harden.Nba ready, team first player, jack of all trades, happy to be 3rd option on a team and happens to play a position of need for the thunder Shooting guard.Everyone has Thabeet pegged at the 3rd pick but there are some red flags with him not so many with Harden .Hardens the safe pick, the solid pick, the common sense pick,a presti pick and overall will be TheThunders pick.Perfect scenario would be Thabeet going to memphis and rubio landing on the thunders lap. Then they trade him to the kings for the 4th and j mcgee or a future first and draft Harden

you heard it hear JAMES HARDEN the OKC Thunders draft pick 2009.

Return to Oklahoma City Thunder
