Wow that would be a horrible, short sighted move by the Thunder. Phoenix isn't making the playoffs and even if lightning strikes and the Suns make the playoffs their draft choice is going to only be a few choices further back in a far deeper draft. You can't impatiently gamble that away on the 14 this year, especially for anyone like Mullens. He will be a stiff. If he was worth a damn he would not have flamed out at Ohio State and then dropped so hard in this draft. OKC has the foundation of a great team, stay the course and you will have a great chance of adding another really legit player next year along with your own selection. Play your cards right and continue developing everyone and drafting well and this team has an insane amount of potential.

Rumor is Shaq is headed to Clevenland for essentially just contracts. Makes the Suns pick even better. Hopefully this potential trade turns into even more of an unlikely fantasy.

but wouldnt this trade make sense if rubio drops to 3rd and then we swap 3rd and 14th to Minn for the 5th and 6th and then pick up Harden and Hill?

No, I don't think that makes sense. Especially the Hill part.
