I meant my comparisons based on role with the team. I see both as guys who should be playing off of the bench, providing a spark, getting tons of rebounds. While I would say that Millsap is more talented, I would also say that in Collison's favor, he can play 4/5 whereas Millsap can't really shift over. I definitely agree that Millsap is a better player at this point, but the point remains that I see his role as a sixth man and I'm not a huge fan of the 10 mil/season.

Also, it's an anonymous sources type article, but this is saying that we just hold our cards and not splurge (my favorite strategy):

I don't see us getting millsap.
It looks like the Blazers are keen on getting him and are going to give him the Huge bucks.
Millsap is not worth putting us down on money.

I like the idea of putting green at 6th man and finding a pf who doesn't cost as much.
camby could help the team with exp and def.
