Westbrook must be the only PG that manages 15 assists and is accused of killing the offense.
He also had the highest +- for the game, despite his sucky shooting/scoring, being terrible on D and killing the offense.
The hate for Russ is getting out of hands here.

Yeah come on, I'm usually one of the first to criticize RW's game, but he took maye one or two bad shoots, wasn't that on D, and had a huge game regarding assists and turnover.
I'm glad also that's he's always active, like on the offensive board.

I still don't get, and don't like, our offensive sets with him.
I mean, he's a freak, he doesn't have a shoot but can go the basket, but we don't use his abilities AT ALL. We never give a good Iso situation.
I'm pretty sure if he had his fair number of good shoots being in good situations, he would chuck less sometimes.
Really, I do like our D and all, and think Brooks is doing really fine as our headcoach, but I don't like his use of Green (which had a good game tonight too;we should note that, as we're always very prompt to bash him) and RW.

KD with good D and greater O.
Very nice to see his efforts so improving.

Sometimes Westbrook can be frustrating to watch, but as a whole he is extremely productive. He may not be a prototypical "pure point guard", but I'm still glad we have him. Just his ability to get to the line, and his defensive ability(maybe not always the effort, but he definitely can be a very good defender at times), and his ability to rebound as a guard makes him a very valuable player even if he forces shots or hogs the ball on occasion.
