I love Ibaka's rebounding, defensive presence and hustle, but he isnt too bright. He has a great work ethic so he will probably get smarter the more he plays though. He needs to work on basketball fundamentals and simple plays. As well as his passing but he is a rookie and has shown great improvement already so I am happy with him and his progress.

Ibaka got his first assist of the season tonight when he BEGRUDGINGLY passed the ball to Thabo on the outside for that bailout three pointer.

I do agree with you about the errors. I think that shot was fine though. They blitzed (i think it was Green) with a double up high and he got it out to a swing and found sef wide open up top. He had time to set and had been shooting pretty well all game.

As you said though Westbrook making plays make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, sometimes you watch this team and just think, man this is never gonna happen but i come from a game like todays feeling good.

Maynor should really add something to our bench with some play running hopefully. How is his jump shot? It would be good having a really good knock down 3 point shooter ala Fisher and Mo-Will to play that role as teams start doubling to Durant and Westbrook drives.

OKC will be a very scary team in a couple of years. They just need a true big man.

Smart owner, smart GM, smart coach, future hall of famer, good young core, and I can see them winning a championship in the future.

LAL had their hands full. Was it Green that turned down a shot from the right baseline mid range J? Even the shot was missed, that is a good sign to be unselfish for open shot.

This team will get to it in next 2-3 years. Another legit 7 footer that can post up and D the interior puzzles are complete and young damn!

Eric Maynor has a funny hitch in his shooting form, as for knocking the three ball don't expect this, he can hit the open three though but isn't a pure catch and shoot player. His ball placement on passes are amazing in half-court sets, should help make life real easy for Kevin Durant off screens and curls. In transition on fast breaks he makes it look so easy, knowing the perfect time to give it up. I am eager to see how his chemistry will rub off with James Harden, since he'll most likely be playing with him the most off the bench. This was a great signing for the Thunder.

A fundamental difference between a championship team and upstarts.
