Who's our best matchup in the 1st round?

Post#1 » by joyner82 » Thu Apr 8, 2010 12:48 am

It's going to be one of the 5

Utah
Denver
Dallas
Phoenix
LAL(If we collapse)

IMO Phoenix and Utah are our best matchups. I think we would be a favorite to win either of these series, plus it would be fun to watch Durant torch Phoenix for 5 or 6 games.

I like Utah like the standings suggest the one game they have on us went into OT when we were horrible on D

I hope we don't end up against phoenix for personal reasons

Should've been 3-0 against Phoenix, remember we had a five/six point lead with a minute left in that heartbreaking loss.

I'd like to face the Suns. The rest of the teams can up their intensity on defense while their main stars (Dirk, Melo, Bryant) are going to be unstoppable on most nights. The Suns will run and the Thunder have the personnel to run with them.

Yea that was the game last week were Durant got foul on the arm at the buzzer but the ref didn't call it and the NBA later said that the ref got it wrong and there should have been a foul.

I'd have to go with Denver. They arent the same team without George Karl.

It's official: You guys are playing us in the first round. Should be an exciting series. I anticipate Westbrook burning us game after game. Either way, I respect your team and wish you the best.

If Bynum is playing we're toast. If he's out or not effective, we might steal a game or two.

I expect two games, maybe three, in OKC's favor. LA isn't in a good rhythm right now, Kobe is hurt and sore, Bynum is....always a question. Artest-Durant will be a matchup worth watching.
