When I see all the different sereniaros fall out theBest one by far is Michael Beasley. The Thunder can get him for a First Round pick next season plus get Miami's #18 pick this season. So the Heat can go out and sign 3 MAX players. It just makes all of the sense in the world. Because he is not that expensive but yet still gives us a chance to add a big.

The only big that'll give us a chance to land is Sanders, who is currently projected to go #22 (DX), #28(ESPN), #20 (NBAdraft.net), #22 (HoopsHype), #21 (InsideHoops), and #16 (Yahoo Sports). So I feel we already have a decent chance.

That'd also mean we would have 5 draft picks + Beasley. We'd have to clear out a lot of roster space, trade picks, or stash away the Europeans.

Sanders measured out really well but he's so skinny. He's definitely a project if we're looking at him to be a center. Solomon Alabi seems much better suited to play NBA center right now, in terms of body composition.

I know Presti won't take on Brand and that kind of trade is unrealistic, but it's a fun idea and a way to use our cap space that doesn't get us stuck with someone for many years (Brand expires before either Harden or Ibaka need to be extended).

Michael Beasley is a horrible fit here, he's a tweener like Jeff Green.

Beasley can be a true 4. He is only in his second year. Plus, it is low risk. Having 5 Picks and only 2 roster spots is a very god thing. Teams looking to sign Max players are going to want 2nd round picks. While the Thunder really do not need thoes picks, because they won't make the roster. Having picks 18 and 21 can get us in the lottery since I think this years draft has alot of very good role players. There are 10 guys over 6'8" that are very good prospects.

The cure will be that the Thunder add a legit PF w/o givin any of the 7 main pieces (Durant, Westbrook, Green, Harden, Ibaka, Maynor, and Thabo.) since the draft is before free agency I belive Sam will try to get a PF through trade. If it dosent not work look for him to try to add Bosh, Amare, Lee, and Boozer. Each of thoes players will have contact w/ Sam about joining the team if the Thunder do not add a PF through trade.

This is the year to add talent through fa number one next season the thunder will prob be over the cap n' it is a deep class.

Is adding a big(Is Beasley really a big anyway?) and a late pick that won't likely yield a star really worth being the one's responsible for allowing a 7 to 10 year dynasty to be built?

A Wade, Lebron, Bosh combo would rule the NBA until these guys retire, literally.

So you trade for Michael Beasley and the 18th pick just so you can guarantee no other team in the league will be able to win the championship without at least one major injury to part of possibly the illest Big 3 in the history of the association?

Doesn't sound especially smart...
