Thunder Trade up?

Post#1 » by Balkman32 » Tue Jun 15, 2010 8:11 pm

How high up in the draft can the Thunder get with #21, #26 and #32, if all picks are packaged together?

I would go as low as 16, but I think they could get lower if a current player from our roster is included.

Add Green = 8th pick?
Add Maynor = 10 pick?

Harden? Ibaka?

Realistically, I doubt we move up much.

its a pretty deep draft class... i wouldnt trade the 21 and 26 for 16? i would rather keep 21 and 26 because we can still get someone as valuableee

It looks like Orton is sliding in a lot of Mock Drafts. I hope either he or Alibi is there at 21.

I'd pacakge both picks to move up a few spots to nab the guy they want.

All this team needs is a Kendrick Perkins type player and they will be set for a long long time.

Coulden't aggre more Wiff! Orton and Alabi are the fits at Center. The Thunder need guys in the front court. I think the Thunder will move up in this draft to get either one of these guys given the chance.

There is no need for a 3, 2, or 1. Because the Thunder need to hit on a Big. Theys why they drafted Mullens lastyear and why Orton or Alabi will be drafted this year.

Would you trade Ibaka plus 21 and 32 to the jazz for 9 pick.

Pacers here. What would you give for the #10. Do you want an expiring? (Ford, Murphy, Dunleavy, Foster). You are right, there are good BIGS and a great one could be at 10.

I dont think Dunleavy would get any PT on the Thunder or work out well. Ford is a nice player, but he wouldent see much min's with Maynor still on the roster.

The Thunder could really use either Foster or Murphy. We would rather Murphy.

For the Thunder to trade up and take on salary there would have to be for Monroe. If the Thunder take on any of thoes guys they are taking them self's out of the free agent market.

But there is defentally a HIGH intrest in moving up to #10. What would the Pacers want for #10?

Call me crazy, but #10 seems like it's one pick too late. Talent drops off after the top 9 are gone IMO.

Are we convinced Udoh or Aldrich will be notably superior to the players we can get with the 21st? Keep in mind no one is a sure thing; at least we won't have to give up assets to stay @ 21. And they would be paid less to fail @ 21 too.

I am willing to take on salary. I am not going to give up Green or Maynor plus add 11 million in salary to move up 11 spots.
