Curious about Rich Cho

Hi, Blazer fan here. As you probably know, the Blazers just hired Rich Cho as their GM. I was wondering what some of you could tell me about him. Were their particular moves that Cho was given credit for being the architect of? Any info is helpful.

Great with the Cap and CBA. Very analytical in terms of player personnel. One of the new wave of GM's, sort of like Daryl Morey. Only time will tell if he is as good as him.
