Rose, Rondo, and Westbrook are all different players. But, when you are making a team you dont always go with the BEST player. You take the player that fits. Rose all around game is very nice. I think the only thing Westbrook has on him is defense. Rondo has been "silly" in the past couple of seasons. I believe the Big 3 helped, but that kid with his passing skill WOW. He is still very week on the defensive end. Westbrook while is probally the worst passer of the three, he can play off the ball more, is better defensively, and has an egde since he plays with the best player on Team USA (Durant).

I think Westbrook makes this team beause of his defense, his ability to play off the ball, and this FT shooting. Don't get it twisted, Rondo and Rose are probally both better than Westbrook now, but the kid is good!

On the bulls board all I see is people praising your best player and the first thing I see when I come here is this.... WOW

I have no idea what SMH means so I can't really respond to that.

Oh by the way I could care less what Bulls fan think about Durant. If Bulls fans want to pucker up and kiss Durants butt all day long feel free, but don't expect me to do the same to Rose. Rose is a nice player but he's overrated.

Westbrook is not a better point guead. But,he is a better overall around player. Look at FT, plus he can play off the ball.

Actually Westbrook is a better "point guard" Rose is the better scorer. But Westbrook averages a bunch more assists, and actually plays D. To me that's a better point guard.

Balkman you're about as bright as a broken light bulb.. Your reasoning behind this post is simply (Please Use More Appropriate Word) in the most (Please Use More Appropriate Word) kind of way.

When was the last time at the play ground the best player wasn't picked first?

I love how you claim Rondo is "very weak" on defense. Dude you truely have no clue do you? Rondo is one of the best defensive PG's in th league.

By the way Westbrook is a better passer than Rose look at the assist numbers.

its ok man, Wiff likes to stir the pot.

I think Rose is a step above Westbrook. He is a good scorer and a good playmaker. His defense is not as good as RW but he's no slouch.

I agree with Clangus, Rose has a really nice Basketball IQ to go along with his unreal athleticism. He may not have elite court vision, but he knows you need to move the ball to run an effective offense. I think he needs to improve his defense a lot though to be mentioned with the elite players. I'd take Rose over Westbrook right now with no hesitation.

Rose reminds me of Issiah Thomas, Westbrook reminds me of who?

Rose is a stud. He's probably a better option for a team as the best player/go-to scorer. But Westbrook is very good in his own right and would be a great complementary option on Team USA.

BTW wiff, SMH = Shaking my head. Just as a heads up.
