I guess everyone agree on that, but he might be too expensive not to be a starter. If you can keep him for the cheap and that doesn't hurt in the aquisition of the center you need, since i don't expect Aldrich to be ever a legit starter in a contender, it's a no brainer.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.
