Trade for Kaman or Love or both

Post#1 » by london sonic » Wed Nov 10, 2010 12:29 pm

OKC have the assets to trade for either or both of these players. I feel both would help this team. What does the board think.

Completely agree. Both Kaman and Love would be great for this team.
I would actually prefer Kaman, just because he can play C.
I dont know how that would work salary wise, but we could trade JGreen and Krstic for Kaman. Then our lineup would look like this:

PF - Ibaka/Collison
SF - Durant/Thabo
C - Kaman/Aldrich
SG - Harden/Cook
PG - Westbrook/Maynor
Life may not be the party we hoped for but while we are here we might as well dance!

No, no, no, no, no!

NOT Kaman. Kaman is just plain AWFUL the guy puts up empty "Good" stats on bad teams. On the offensive end, he makes horrible decisions by attempting horrible passes/shots and on top of that doesnt even impact the boards/defensive end well. Trust me, you do NOT want Kaman

Michael Beasley, because he'd be a relatively easy get, and another big.

I agree. And as for Kaman i don't want. I rather trade for Deandre Jordan now thats the guy i would take.

Kevin Love would be nice, but I'd avoid Chris Kaman unless he comes real cheap.

Would you do Beasley for Harden?

Agree. Kaman's a bit of a chucker. I don't think he's a bad player, but I wouldn't take him for anything more than expirings.

No. Michael Beasley's not a good fit for us, might as well just keep Jeff Green at PF.

Beasley is just as terribad

dude takes 20 shots to score 20 points, doesnt rebound as well as he should, doesn't pass, doesn't defend.

Seriously guys. Seriously.

I wouldn't think Beasley or Love would be available.

You would think Kaman could be had, but is he that much of an upgrade for what we have to give up? or is he available for Collison/Krstic?

This team could use a big that will do the dirty work and can defend the Lakers big men. Noah or even Varejao would be very nice but neither one would come cheap...I doubt the Bulls would even consider trading Noah. Kaman and Love put up big numbers but neither one is a good defender or a proven winner.
