So its 6,5+11= 17,5M @ 4y. Thats 4,4M per season, right?

This also turns Nick Collison to a valuable trade asset!

Deal is basically a 5 year deal for 24 million but, 13 is given to him this year! Very good use of our cap room.

If we were gonna trade him, we would of done it before this extension since he was an expiring contract.

If we were gonna trade him, we would of done it before this extension since he was an expiring contract.

This year he's worth 13 mill next year 3.5(?). That's ten mill in savings and you get to keep him on a nice contract. That might look attractive to teams wanting to save money and get a good back up. I doubt we trade him though.

I do highly doubt we move him. But, you never know. Very good deal, and a great use of cap space.
