I was doing a comparison of average age between the Wolves & Thunder on our board and thought I'd share your teams results in case anyone was interested.

2010-11 OKC Thunder
Aldrich- 22-(October 31, 1988)
Collison- 30-(October 26, 1980)
Cook- 23-(April 28, 1987)
Durant- 22-(September 29, 1988)
Green- 24-(August 28, 1986)
Harden- 21-(August 26, 1989)
Ibaka- 21-(September 18, 1989)
Ivey- 29-(December 20, 1981)
Krstic- 27-(July 25, 1983)
Maynor- 23-(June 11, 1987)
Mullens- 21-(February 14, 1989)
Peterson- 33-(August 26, 1977)
Sefolosha- 26-(May 2, 1984)
Westbrook- 22-(November 12, 1988)
White- 24-(August 31, 1986)
368/15= 24.5

Starters: 24.2--- Westbrook || Sefolosha || Durant || Green || Krstic
Bench: 25.6--- Maynor || Harden || Peterson || Collison || Ibaka
*Note I went off ESPN's depth chart for starters/bench so I'm not positive thats correct.

Really young team. Durant and Westbrook are amazingly young for their current level.

There's no hurry to win 10/11. We actually have no chance right now even if we bring Gasol, Nene, Varejao, DeAndre... for post-season. Let's be realistic, this team need first a maturation process before entering the race for title.

Starts with headcoaching, rebuilding the rotation, second is working out team play both ends on court and ends up with a brand new C. There's no time left for this crucial changes.
