While Durant and star point guard Russell Westbrook are 22, and starting power forward Serge Ibaka is just 21, many of their teammates are much older... Sixth man James Harden is also … well, he’s just 21. But he looks much older.

While the Thunder are seen as a real threat in the 2nd Round and beyond, their opponent will likely be able to steal a win when most of the team misses a game to take their girlfriends to prom.

Conclusion;

Everyone played like **** offensively except Durant. Overall, pretty much everyone played very good defense and Ibaka is on pace to set all-time shot blocking records.

Even though everyones advanced statistics like like crap except for Durant, everyone beside Perk has a very good PER. I don't know how exactly that happens but I'll take it.

Basically, we need some else to play some damn offense beside Durant. Durant was so insanely good during that series he basically carried us.

Starting lineup: ORTG 97.15 points per 100 possessions

That's why the offense stinks. Our starting five is ridiculously easy to defend. Our team ORTG for the series was 106.31 despite the starting unit playing almost one third of the total minutes.

The other problem? When Harden is substituted for Thabo with the starters, his USG% for the series was 6.7%. So even when we try to fix the offense with Harden, he was basically treated like Thabo.

The key to the Thunder becoming a contending team is to incorporate him into the starting unit and get him the damn ball. It won't happen this year, but right now it's clear that this starting five will not work consistently against good defensive teams. It's almost a cruel joke.
