Post#1 » by dream_catcher_9 » Sat Jan 28, 2012 7:27 am

@ Los Angeles Clippers
@ Dallas Mavericks
vs. Memphis Grizzlies
@ San Antonio Spurs, back-2-back game
@ Portland Trailblazers
@ Golden State Warriors, back-2-back game
@ Sacramento Kings
@ Utah Jazz, back-2-back game
vs. Utah Jazz
@ Houston Rockets, back-2-back

that is a nasty 10 game stretch IMO.

predictions? I think we go 7-3.

Is this our toughest stretch?

That is a tough stretch, I predict we get through it 8-2.

Doesn't it seem like this team needs a tough stretch of games and perhaps some losses to tighten up certain aspects of the team game?

I would like to see more consistent ball movement and a more focused effort on taking care of the ball before the playoffs start.

The record over these 10 games or the overall record doesn't really have a lot of meaning if the team is making the kind of mistakes that are going to haunt them in the playoffs. No one wants to see a number one seed fall to an eight here, similar to what happened to the Mavericks a couple of years ago because of team weaknesses that could be exposed by opponents in the playoffs.

@ Los Angeles Clippers Win that's game 2 of a back 2 back for the Clipps

@ Dallas Mavericks Win 3rd game in 4 nights for the Mavs

vs. Memphis Grizzlies Win 5th game in 7 nights game 2 of a back 2 back.

@ San Antonio Spurs, back-2-back game Win 5th game in 7 nights Spurs are old

@ Portland Trailblazers Loss Portland has a few breaks before the Thunder come to town

@ Golden State Warriors, back-2-back game Loss The W's have like three days off before. Revenge game.

@ Sacramento Kings W it's the Kings

@ Utah Jazz, back-2-back game Loss. To many games , for the Thunder. Jazz have rest.

vs. Utah Jazz Win Thunder have a bunch of rest

@ Houston Rockets, back-2-backWin Rockets are in a back to back also and game 3 in 4 nights.

So I'm going 7-3.

Yea, irrespective of 6-4/7-3/8-2 would like to see some improvement from the team and coaching aspect of the game.
Ball movement + reduce turnover + protect the paint/rebounding seems like top of the priority.
