OKC vs DEN

Managed to be at home to catch this today. Didn't watch from the start but started only when we were already 6-8 down around 7mins mark in the 2nd quarter.

We started the 3rd on fire!

In all reality, Aldrich will probably see more minutes NEXT season. doesnt seem brooks is going to reduce Nazr/Perk minutes for him. Even if he did, we're probably seeing more Ibaka/Collison at C.

Best hope is that we secure homecourt (for round 1) fast enough to lengthen the rotation.

Durant's 3s are draining in, he really got ALOT of confidence in his 3s.

IBaka's 10th block! triple double! hope we win though, seems like the team can play defence or shoot the ball with the opponent to end games but i still have doubts about our last shot plays + turnover + rebounding.

Seems to have turned it up a notch in extra time. Durant's first 50 pts game as well also.

Serge Ibaka
Russell Westbrook
Kevin Durant

that's all that needs to be said about this game. Everyone else was pretty terrible, thankfully those 3 brought their A game.

Third time ever that I can find that teammates have had 50 and 40 in a game, first since 1983

Well yeah that would go without saying... I think the triple double thing is a bit unrelated. Really tough for two teammates to score that much.

Westbrook and Durant are amazing. Durant is the second best player this season, and Westbrook is clearly top6 player this season.

I think we can count on Durant to play like this at Playoffs, but can we count on Westbrook to do that?

But I'm glad Westbroook and Ibaka bounced back from an ugly start, this season. They have played great lately.

Looked at the box score after the 1st qtr & Russ was shooting something like 1-6Fg. He was pretty much lights out from then onwards.

Iblocka had the Nuggets players scared to venture into the paint & when they did....

KD=Clutch. Nuff said!

Possibly the best regular season home game in the Thunder's short history

Really? I won't say top 6 for sure but definitely top 15/20. Not much players we can compare him to in terms of being a PG but he adds so much and removes a fair bit of it too.

edit: On the flipside, we really need more regular contribution from the rest of the team, quite hard with the available shots left though.

There isn't 10 players performing better than him.
